John Sammon is a freelance political satire-humor writer. For political opinion blogs click at the top of the page where it says “NEW BLOG.” This is a new feature of the website and John will be posting new political opinion columns weekly. Mister Sammon is also a former newspaper reporter, actor, and historical fiction writer. He has had experiences including sitting in a hut with two other guys at the Bridge of No Return (Loneliest Outpost in the World) on the border of North Korea surrounded by hostile North Korean soldiers, appearing in a biker sci fi movie (Deathsport) with David Carradine, and featured on the TV show General Hospital. He lives with his wife near Pebble Beach.
